GallerySweepPro is designed as a privacy-focused photo cleanup utility. Photo and video analysis performed by GallerySweepPro occurs on your device. GallerySweepPro does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not use your photo library for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Your photos and videos are not uploaded to a GallerySweepPro server for analysis.
This Privacy Policy explains how GallerySweepPro handles information when you use the GallerySweepPro application.
GallerySweepPro is designed to help users review and organize photos and videos stored in their Apple Photos library. The app may identify duplicate or similar photos, screenshots, large photos, large videos, and photos that may be blurry.
GallerySweepPro does not require you to create an account or provide personal information in order to use the app.
GallerySweepPro does not intentionally collect or maintain:
GallerySweepPro requests permission to access your Apple Photos library because photo and video access is necessary for the app's cleanup and analysis features.
The specific content available to GallerySweepPro depends on the Photos permission you grant through iOS.
If you grant Full Access, GallerySweepPro can analyze the photos and videos available through your Photos library.
If you grant Limited Access, GallerySweepPro can only work with the photos and videos that you have permitted iOS to make available to the app.
You can change or revoke GallerySweepPro's Photos access at any time through the Settings app on your device.
GallerySweepPro accesses photos and videos only to provide functionality requested by you within the app.
This may include:
GallerySweepPro does not use your photos or videos for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or cross-app tracking.
GallerySweepPro's photo analysis is designed to occur locally on your device using Apple-provided technologies and application logic.
This includes analysis used to identify possible duplicates, visually similar images, and potentially blurry photos.
GallerySweepPro does not upload your photo library to a GallerySweepPro server to perform this analysis.
If you use iCloud Photos, some original photos or videos may not be stored locally on your device.
When GallerySweepPro requests an image or video that is stored in iCloud, iOS may retrieve that item from Apple's iCloud services so that it can be displayed or analyzed.
This communication is performed by Apple's Photos and iCloud services and is governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies. GallerySweepPro does not operate the iCloud service.
GallerySweepPro may compare characteristics of images to identify photos that appear to be duplicates or visually similar.
These classifications are automated suggestions. GallerySweepPro cannot guarantee that two images identified as duplicates or similar photos are actually unwanted copies.
Users should review all recommendations before selecting photos for deletion.
GallerySweepPro may analyze image characteristics to identify photos that may be blurry.
Blur detection is an automated estimate and may classify intentionally blurred images, motion photography, depth-of-field effects, low-light photography, or other creative images as potentially blurry.
GallerySweepPro does not automatically delete images identified as blurry.
GallerySweepPro may display estimated file sizes or estimated potential storage savings.
These values may be estimates rather than exact file sizes. Actual storage usage and storage recovered may vary depending on image formats, video formats, iCloud Photos, device storage optimization, system caching, and other iOS behavior.
GallerySweepPro does not automatically delete photos or videos based on its analysis.
You choose which items are selected for deletion.
When you request deletion, GallerySweepPro uses Apple's Photos framework to request the change to your Photos library. iOS may display an additional system confirmation before allowing the deletion.
Depending on Apple's current Photos behavior, deleted items may remain in the Recently Deleted album for a period of time before being permanently removed.
GallerySweepPro does not currently use third-party analytics services to track your activity within the app.
If analytics functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
GallerySweepPro does not contain third-party advertising.
GallerySweepPro does not provide your photo library to advertising companies.
GallerySweepPro does not use your photo library or activity within the app to track you across applications or websites owned by other companies.
GallerySweepPro does not use Apple's AppTrackingTransparency permission because GallerySweepPro does not currently perform cross-app tracking.
GallerySweepPro does not sell your personal information.
GallerySweepPro does not sell, rent, or license your photos or videos to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies.
GallerySweepPro relies on technologies provided by Apple as part of iOS, including system frameworks used for Photos access and image analysis.
Apple services, including iCloud Photos when enabled by the user, are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
GallerySweepPro does not currently integrate third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics SDKs.
GallerySweepPro does not maintain a remote user account or a GallerySweepPro server-side copy of your photo library.
Information generated as part of photo-library analysis is used locally for application functionality.
Removing GallerySweepPro from your device removes application-specific local data according to normal iOS application-removal behavior. Removing the app does not delete the photos and videos stored in your Apple Photos library.
GallerySweepPro is designed to minimize privacy risks by processing photo analysis locally rather than transferring your photo library to a GallerySweepPro server.
No software or device can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep their device and operating system updated and use the security features provided by Apple.

GallerySweepPro is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because GallerySweepPro does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information through a GallerySweepPro service, it does not knowingly maintain personal profiles of children.
GallerySweepPro is distributed through Apple's App Store and may be available in multiple countries or regions.
Because GallerySweepPro does not operate a service that uploads your photo library to GallerySweepPro servers, your photo-library content is not transferred internationally by GallerySweepPro for photo analysis.
Apple services that you choose to use, including iCloud, may process information according to Apple's own policies and infrastructure.
GallerySweepPro may update this Privacy Policy when the application, applicable requirements, or privacy practices change.
When this policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of GallerySweepPro after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
