By downloading or using Parking Spot Hero, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Parking Spot Hero is a convenience tool intended to help users save parking locations, find parked vehicles, and manage parking reminders.
Quick Park is available for free without a parking-session limit.
Users may also save up to three detailed parking sessions without purchasing Pro. Once those sessions have been used, Pro is required for additional detailed parking saves.
Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It provides access to features including:
The purchase price is shown in the app and confirmed by Apple's purchase interface. Regional pricing and applicable taxes may vary.
Eligible customers who purchased an earlier qualifying paid version of Parking Spot Hero may retain Pro access without an additional purchase, subject to verification of their original App Store ownership.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Purchase restoration is available through the app where supported.
Location services and automatic parking detection are estimates and may be affected by GPS accuracy, permissions, connectivity, motion detection, and environmental conditions.
Automatic detection is not guaranteed to recognize every parking event.
The app does not determine whether parking is legally permitted, guarantee parking availability, or replace posted signs, meter rules, or local laws.
Notification delivery may be delayed or prevented by device settings, permissions, or system behavior. Users remain responsible for checking their parking expiration times and complying with applicable regulations.
Do not interact with the app while driving. Park safely before using its features.
We may update the app to improve performance, fix bugs, or introduce new functionality. Features may depend on supported iOS versions and device capabilities.
The app is provided on an "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect GPS accuracy, or notification delivery.
