How do I save my parking location?

Open the app and select Quick Park to save your current location with one tap.

For additional information such as photos, notes, parking levels, and expiration reminders, choose Save Parking With Details.

Is Quick Park free?

Yes. Quick Park is free and unlimited. It does not use any of your three free detailed parking sessions.

How many detailed sessions are free?

You can save three detailed parking sessions for free. Afterward, Pro is required for additional detailed saves.

What does Pro unlock?

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

How does automatic parking detection work?

When enabled by a Pro user, the app uses supported location and motion signals to identify a possible parking event and suggest saving the vehicle's location.

Detection depends on device permissions and conditions. It may not recognize every stop.

How do parking reminders work?

When you set an expiration time for a detailed parking session and allow notifications, the app can remind you approximately 15 minutes before the parking period ends.

For parking periods shorter than 15 minutes, reminder timing may be adjusted. Notification delivery is not guaranteed.

Why is my location inaccurate?

Check that Location Services are enabled for Parking Spot Hero. Enabling Precise Location can improve accuracy.

GPS accuracy may be reduced inside garages, underground parking areas, or near tall buildings.

Can I change the saved parking pin?

Yes. Use the available map adjustment controls to refine your saved parking location.

How do I find my car?

Open your saved parking location and use the map or navigation options to guide you back to your vehicle.

How do I restore Pro?

Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases if you previously purchased Pro and the restore option is available.

Use the same Apple Account associated with the original purchase.

I purchased an older paid version. Do I have to pay again?

Eligible original paid-version owners can retain Pro access without purchasing it again. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account associated with your original purchase.

Can I transfer my parking history?

Parking records are stored locally. Availability after reinstalling or moving devices depends on iOS backup and restoration behavior.
