Shuffled Memories for iPhone
Email josh.swift.dev@gmail.com. Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem.
Getting Started
On first launch, follow the introduction and choose which photos Shuffled Memories can access. The app then surfaces groups of memories from the photo library you permitted.
Shuffle Your Memories
Use the Shuffle experience or shake your iPhone to surface another group of photos. Tap a photo to explore it and follow available memory paths, such as photos from the same day, around that moment, or the same month across different years.
Saved Memories
You can save a current memory grouping for later. Saved memories store references to the Photos items; if an original photo is later removed from your library or becomes unavailable, the saved memory may no longer be able to display it.
Sharing
Use the app's sharing controls to create and share a memory collage. iOS will let you choose the destination.
Photo Access
If photos are missing, open Shuffled Memories → Settings → Manage Photo Access. You can change the app's Photos permission in iOS Settings. If you selected limited access, only the photos you allowed are available to the app.
Music, Sound & Haptics
Open Settings to control music, soft sound effects, haptic feedback, and Quiet Mode.
Troubleshooting
- No photos appear: verify Photos permission and make sure the app has access to at least some images.
- A saved memory is missing photos: check whether those originals still exist and are accessible in Apple Photos.
- No music or sounds: check the app's Music & Sound settings, Quiet Mode, and your device audio settings.
- Something looks stuck: close and reopen the app, then try again.
Privacy
Shuffled Memories is designed so your photo library and shuffle history are not uploaded to a developer-operated server.
