SHUFFLED MEMORIES

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Your memories are personal.

Shuffled Memories is designed to work with your photo library on your device. The app does not operate a developer server for uploading your photos or shuffle history.

Photo Library Access

Shuffled Memories requests access to the photos you choose to make available through Apple's Photos framework. This access is used to display, shuffle, rediscover, favorite, save references to, and share memories at your direction.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app may store app preferences and local information such as saved-memory references, shuffle/show history, streak information, background and experience preferences. This information is used to provide the app's features.

Photos and Uploads

Your photo library and Shuffled Memories shuffle history are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. When you choose to share content, iOS presents sharing options and the destination you select may receive that content under its own privacy practices.

Music and Sound

The app uses bundled audio files and system sound/haptic features for its in-app experience.

Analytics and Advertising

Shuffled Memories does not include developer-operated advertising or behavioral tracking described by this policy.

Apple Services

The app relies on Apple platform services such as the Photos framework and system sharing/settings interfaces. Apple's handling of information through its services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Children

Shuffled Memories is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated account or server.

Your Choices

You can limit or revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings. Removing the app may remove locally stored app data, subject to iOS backup and restoration behavior.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the app changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
