DailyGlow Privacy Policy

DailyGlow is designed to be a private, local-first reminder and daily planning app. DailyGlow does not require an account and does not sell personal information.

Information DailyGlow Stores

Reminder titles, notes, schedules, categories, colors, repeat settings, completion history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. If a DailyGlow widget is enabled, reminder data may also be stored in an Apple App Group shared container so the main app and widget can access the same reminder information.

Notifications

DailyGlow uses Apple local notifications to deliver reminders you create. Notification content is generated and scheduled on your device. DailyGlow does not send your reminder text to the developer for notification delivery.

Calendar Access

Calendar access is optional. DailyGlow requests Calendar permission only when you choose to sync a reminder with Apple Calendar. If enabled, DailyGlow may create, update, or remove Calendar events associated with reminders you manage in the app.

Widgets

The DailyGlow widget reads reminder information from the same shared App Group storage used by the main app. The widget does not require Apple Calendar access in order to display DailyGlow reminders.

Accounts, Advertising, and Tracking

No account or login is required.
DailyGlow does not contain third-party advertising.
DailyGlow does not sell personal information.
DailyGlow does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes.

Data Sharing

DailyGlow does not intentionally transmit your reminder content to the developer or to third-party advertising networks. Data may be handled by Apple as necessary for operating standard iOS services such as notifications, widgets, App Store distribution, and optional Calendar access.

Data Deletion

You can delete reminders individually inside DailyGlow or use the app's data deletion option in Settings to remove DailyGlow reminder data from your device. Deleting the app will also remove locally stored app data according to iOS behavior.

Children's Privacy

DailyGlow is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as DailyGlow changes. The latest version will be posted at this page.
