370Z Companion is designed as an offline-friendly vehicle reference, maintenance log, OBD note, diagram, and relearn-timer app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how you control it.
Maintenance records may include dates, mileage, service notes, selected service categories, and optional receipt attachments. Receipt photos or files may contain names, addresses, payment details, vehicle information, shop information, or other personal information visible on the receipt.
The app is designed to store maintenance records and attached receipts locally on your device. The developer does not intentionally collect, view, sell, rent, or share those records.
The app does not require a developer-run account, login, profile, or cloud account to use its core maintenance log and reference features.
If you export maintenance records or receipts, you choose where the exported file goes. Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, cloud storage, and other services process exported information under their own privacy practices.
If you attach a receipt, the app may request camera, photo-library, or file access only so you can select or capture the attachment you choose. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Apple may process purchase history, payment status, refund status, and related account information under Apple’s privacy practices.
Apple and iOS may process diagnostics, crash logs, purchase validation, storage, sharing, and permission information according to Apple’s settings and privacy practices. The developer may receive limited crash or diagnostic information from Apple if you enable sharing with developers.
You are responsible for reviewing the information you enter, deleting records you no longer want, managing attachments, and choosing when and where to export or share your records.
